ADT History - Coiled Tubing Drilling

2004 Tom Gipson (originally of Coiled Tubing Solutions) fabricated and delivered ADT Rig 114 to Rosewood Resources Incorporated.

2005 Coiled Tubing Solutions and Rosewood Resources entered into a business arrangement as equal partners. Rosewood Resources established the subsidiary,
Advanced Drilling Technologies for its joint arrangement with Coiled Tubing Solutions.

2006 The partnership of Advanced Drilling Technologies and Coiled Tubing Solutions' fabricated and delivered ADT Rig 144.

Advanced Drilling Technologies purchased Coiled Tubing Solutions' share of the enterprise, retaining Tom Gipson as an advisor of operations and fabrication.

In November, ADT Rig 114 drilled its 500th well.

2007 In November, Advanced Drilling Technologies drilled its 1000th well.

2008 Advanced Drilling Technologies fabricated and delivered its first hybrid rig, ADT Rig 168.

In November, ADT Rig 144 drilled its 500th well.

In December, Advanced Drilling Technologies drilled its 1500th well.

2009 Advanced Drilling Technologies fabricated and delivered its fourth rig, ADT Rig 144-2.
